The coin’s reverse portrays three butterflies gracefully pollinating Grevillea foliage. Each butterfly is depicted showcasing remarkable and unique markings. As well as a ribbon scroll with the inscription ‘BUTTERFLY’, the reverse includes the coin’s weight, purity, 2025 year-date, and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark. The obverse portrays the Dan Thorne effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, and the coin’s monetary denomination.
