Certified coins and notes have been authenticated, attributed and graded by a third party company.

They are stored in special sealed PVC free plastic cases that display their grade and other relevant information. The certification process provides accurate information for the purposes of valuation, tradability and security.

With the amount of counterfeit coins and notes available around the world, it is important to guarantee the authenticity of your coins and banknotes with a third party grader.

The condition of a coin or banknote is described on a scale of 1 – 70, with 1 being the lowest quality and 70 being perfect.

This will also be accompanied by a textual description of its condition and any imperfections, wear and/or damage.

Certified coins and banknotes are encapsulated in a ‘slab’, which are sealed PVC free plastic cases.

This protects the item from fingerprints, environmental contaminants and other damage whilst still allowing it to be viewed.

We are authorized dealers for third party grading service providers NGC, PMG, PCGS and PCGS Banknotes.

Many customers ask us if we can arrange to have their coins or banknotes submitted for third party grading, and the answer is yes!
